What are templates?

Templates define the structure, style, and behavior of your generated videos. A template specifies:

  • How many slides the video has and what type each is (hook, content, CTA)
  • Visual styling: fonts, colors, animations, and layout
  • Which asset packs and music packs to use
  • Prompt blueprints that guide the AI's content generation

Think of templates as reusable video recipes. Once you set one up, you can generate unlimited videos from it with consistent branding.

Default template

You can mark any template as your default. When you click "Generate Video" from the dashboard, the default template is used automatically without showing the template picker.

To set a default, go to the Templates tab and use the template menu to select "Set as default."

Template library

Your template library is accessible from the Videos page under the Templates tab. Each template card shows:

  • Template name and description
  • Number of nodes and total slide count
  • Node types with individual slide counts
  • Count of videos generated from this template
  • A "Default" badge if applicable
