Scheduling & Autopilot

Schedule posts for future dates and automate recurring content.

Schedule a post

Instead of publishing immediately, you can schedule a video for a future date and time:

  1. Click Schedule on any rendered video
  2. Select the date and time for publishing
  3. Choose the social accounts to publish to
  4. Confirm the schedule

Scheduled posts appear in the calendar view on the Videos page, giving you a visual timeline of upcoming content.

Recurring schedules

Templates can have recurring schedules that automatically generate and publish videos on a set cadence:

  • Daily — generate and post every day at specified times
  • Weekly — generate on selected days of the week
  • Custom — define a specific frequency

Each schedule supports multiple time slots per day (e.g., 8:00 AM, 12:00 PM, and 4:00 PM) and is timezone-aware.

Autopilot mode

Autopilot combines template schedules with auto-publish to create a fully automated content pipeline:

  1. Configure a template with your preferred style and content settings
  2. Set a recurring schedule (e.g., daily at 9 AM)
  3. Enable auto-publish on the schedule
  4. Connect your social accounts

VidLoop handles everything: topic generation, content creation, rendering, and publishing — completely hands-off.

Review before publish

Even in autopilot mode, you can review and approve videos before they go live. Toggle auto-publish off to require manual approval.

Managing the queue

View and manage your scheduled posts from the Videos calendar view:

  • See all upcoming scheduled posts on a timeline
  • Edit scheduled post details (title, description, hashtags)
  • Reschedule to a different date/time
  • Cancel scheduled posts
